Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy helps to promote patient mobility, function, and reduce the pain. It has various treatment modalities such as massage, heat therapy, exercise therapy, advice for treating and injuries, aliment, or deformities.

Electrotherapy

Electrotherapy is the use of electrical energy as medical treatment including the use of electrical device. The use of electrical devices is for deep brain stimulus for neurological diseases.

Interferential therapy (IFT)

It works by sending small amount of electrical stimulation to damage tissues in the body. It helps to enhance blood flow and reduce pain.

Transcutaneous Electrical nerve stimulation (TENS)

TENS is the therapy use low voltage electrical current to provide pain relief. TENS therapy is used for medical conditions such as osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, tendinitis, low back pain, pelvic pain, neuropathy etc.

Infrared therapy

Infrared therapy is safe drug free and effective way to reduce pain and inflammation throughout the body. It’s effectiveness in the treatment a wide area of health conditions.

Wax therapy

Wax therapy is a form of deep heat therapy one of the most effective ways of applying heat to improve mobility by warming the connective tissues.  Wax Therapy involves the application of molten paraffin wax, to the connecting tissues causing muscle relaxation and improves joint mobility. It is mainly used to treat Painful hands and feet. It is basically used in combination with the common mobilizing techniques and customized exercise programs to achieve better results.

Exercise therapy

Exercise therapy is defined as a regimen or plan of physical activities designed and prescribed to facilitate the patients to recover from diseases and any conditions, which disturb their movement and activity of daily life or maintain a state of well‐being through neuro re‐education, gait training, and therapeutic activities.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound therapy uses sound waves that are above the range of human hearing to treat injuries like muscle strains or runner's knee. Physiotherapists uses this device to treat pain conditions and to promote tissue healing.

Traction therapy

Traction is a manual technique designed to reduce pressure on affected vertebral discs that are causing pain. Traction is a manual 'stretching' of the spine which reduces pressure on the discs and therefore reduces the individual's pain.

Shortwave diathermy

Shortwave diathermy uses high-frequency electromagnetic energy to generate heat. It may be applied in pulsed or continuous energy waves. It has been used to treat pain from kidney stones, and pelvic inflammatory disease. It's commonly used for conditions that cause pain and muscle spasms such as: sprains.

Diet Therapy

Diet therapy is one of the most important parts of Bethany nature cure centre. Bethany follows a strict vegetarian diet to rejuvenating cells and blood. Food must be taken in natural forms such as fresh seasonal fruits, fresh green leafy vegetables and sprouts and they play a significant role in our diet therapy. Diet is formulated according to each patients’ conditions and requirements.

Our diets are classified in to three forms.

Eliminative Diet

Soothing Diet

Constructive Diet

Cupping
