Yoga
Indoor and outdoor facilities are available for yoga practices. Yoga classes have been sessionally arranged at 7 AM and 5 PM. Yoga session includes suryanamaskara, bandas, mudras, pranayamas, different types of relaxation techniques, meditation, kriyas, therapeutic type of asanas & breathing and loosening exercise.
Suryanamaskara
Suryanamaskara is the Sanskrit name and known as sun salutation. It has twelve steps and mainly helps to reduce weight and strengthen the muscles and joints. It also ensures a better functioning digestive system, improves sleep, and reduces stress level.
Meditation
Meditation is the relaxation technique connection of mind and body. There are many types of meditation are given based on the condition of the body. It helps to gain a new perspective on stressful situation. To manage our stress, reduce negative emotions and increasing patience and tolerance, improve sleep quality. Mediation can be used for certain medical conditions (eg: anxiety, depression. Asthma, sleep disorders, headache and etc).
Breathing exercise
Breathing techniques help to increase oxygen consumption in the lungs. While breathing, the upward and downward movements of the diaphragm, it helps to remove the toxins from the body and enhances blood flow.
Yogic Counselling
Yogic Counselling can support you in reducing or managing symptoms, improve your overall outlook in relation to health condition.
Asanas
Yogic asanas help to lubricate the muscles, joints, ligaments, and other parts of the body of the body. They improve circulation and flexibility. Asanas nourish and tone specific organs and glands by directing the flow of blood, lymph, and mental concentration to that area.
Kriyas
Kriyas clears and stimulates the brain and gives strength. They shift our brain waves, which results in allowing the unconscious to become conscious.
Relaxation techniques
Relaxation technique like IRT, QRT, DRT, and other techniques helps in slowing heart rate and breathing rates. They reduce the activity of stress hormones and increase the blood flow to major Muscles.
Therapeutical yoga
The goals of all therapeutical yoga is eliminating reducing or managing symptoms that cause suffering, improving functions and helping to prevent occurrence or re-occurrence of underlying cause of illness and moving towards improved health and wellbeing. It also seeks to help change your relationship and identification with your condition.
Trataka
Purifies the eyes and strengthens the eye muscles by exercising them to focus on a point, doing it daily can help in keeping insomnia at bay.
General yoga
General yoga consists of basic yoga styles and pranayamas. This helps in bringing peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practises such as meditation.
